Miley Cyrus Disses Disney
Miley Cyrus is going to skip a Disney red carpet event because of all the Vanity Fair controversy according to the Associated Press:
Miley Cyrus made an appearance at Disney World, but won’t be sticking around long enough for the media to join her.
Cyrus will not be attending Friday’s red carpet event at the resort as planned, Walt Disney World spokesman Gary Buchanan said Thursday. It would have been her first public event since Vanity Fair published photos this week that have thrown her status as a role model for young girls into question.
I don’t know what the big deal is over the Vanity Fair pictures, but for some reason seeing a girl’s bare back is a big deal. Huh? What is this is the 1960’s? Now Disney is trying to clean up little Miley’s image by having her pose all innocent with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. It’s sounds like some PR agent is getting paid overtime to invent new ways to keep their Hannah Montana money maker going strong. Here’s hoping they fail miserably at their job, jk.
