Heidi Montag Goes Down on Some Cake

Heidi Montag celebrated her birthday at the Christian Audigier Nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday. For some reason she looks very familiar with the position she’s holding for the cameras as she goes down on the cake. I guess that’s not the first time she’s been in the position, and definitely not the last. I’m surprised that the cake isn’t fake, which would more inline with her personality.
